We are accepting referrals for children 0 - 9yrs who have a Medicare plan. 

We can support children with one of the following Medicare plans (provided by your GP):

• Chronic Disease Management plan (formally Enhanced Primary Care)

• Better Start for Children with Disability plan

Please note we cannot accept Better Access to Mental Health Care plans at this time.
