Little Rockets Children's Clinic Assessment Service offers a once-off Occupational Therapy assessment appointment to enable families to access information and recommendations regarding their child's development and participation in a timely manner.

If further intervention or support is required following this assessment, your child will be added to our waiting list.

If you do not require a formal assessment but would like to be added to our waiting list for individual therapy

sessions, please fill out the referral form on our 'Make a Referral' page.
