Our vibe:
-
We are a community-focused service, caring for families in and around our local area. We love being part of our local village, and contributing to the village around the child. We have great relationships and strong ties with many of our local schools and kindergartens.
-
We provide affordable early intervention services to families through our supported playgroup and parent education programs. These programs are part of our social enterprise projects.
-
We value our teams mental health and work/life balance by honouring their time, setting realistic targets for billable hours per week and championing the right to turn off from work.
-
We are committed to professional growth through CPD, research and completing projects that follow each team member's interest and areas of passion.
-
We have a great team (totally not biased!) and team approach to how we work, support each other and serve our community.
