Emma Leckenby
Director & Occupational Therapist
Emma founded Little Rockets with a mission to provide a high quality and evidence-based therapy service that supports her local community.
As a mum of two young kids, Emma understands the busy lives of families and the importance of efficient, family-centred practices to help children achieve their goals. Emma brings many years (don't let the baby face fool you!) of experience into her therapy and builds positive relationships with children and families through fun and collaborative interventions.
Emma has supported children across a wide variety of settings including the Dep of Ed in a K-12 school, community health and in private practice. She is skilled in providing therapy within home, day-care, kinder and school settings and is passionate about supporting children to start school ready to thrive.
In her spare time, Emma enjoys bush walking, pottery, reading and playing board games.
Emma is a registered occupational therapist with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Authority (AHPRA).

Jo Cummings

Jo is a mother of 4 and grandmother of 4 and firmly believes in the importance of collaborative, family-centred and goal-directed practice. Working in school, pre-school, home and clinic settings, Jo loves to empower families as they support their children to achieve their full potential.
Through her experiences as a school teacher and as a mother of children with special needs, Jo brings a warm, empathetic perspective to her occupational therapy practice, understanding the many demands on families.
In her spare time, Jo loves to spend time with her husband and family. She enjoys reading, painting, sewing, working out and being in nature. She loves doing anything creative and crafty and brings these passions into her occupational therapy practice.
Jo is a registered occupational therapist with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Authority (AHPRA).

She finds joy in her work, which allows her to play, engage in creative activities, and maintain a sense of fun – keeping her inner big kid happy!
Outside of work, Frances enjoys reading, crocheting, baking, and embarking on camping and exploration adventures with her husband and children.

Carly O'Callaghan
Occupational Therapist
Carly is a dedicated occupational therapist and a mother of two young children who believes in the importance of running your own race rather than comparing yourself to others. Carly is motivated to help each child and family achieve their personalised goals in a way that truly matters to them.
Carly deeply understands the busyness and mental load of juggling appointments with everyday life. She is committed to meeting families and children where they are—both literally and figuratively—to work together in a way that is flexible, supportive, and meaningful.
Carly has an extensive background in the health sector and appreciates the holistic approach that occupational therapy offers. She values the opportunity to blend practical strategies with creativity, making therapy engaging and effective for children and their families.
Outside of work, Carly enjoys spending time with her kids, husband, and their extremely excitable labrador. She loves family adventures, trips to the beach, and has recently taken up sewing. A fan of all things craft and board games (especially Uno), she brings this passion into her therapy sessions to create fun, engaging experiences for children.
Carly is a registered occupational therapist with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Authority (AHPRA).
