Emma Leckenby
Occupational Therapist
Emma founded Little Rockets with a mission to provide a high quality and evidence-based therapy service that supports her local community.
Emma is an experienced OT who builds positive relationships with children and families. She uses fun, collaborative approaches and loves working as part of a team to help children thrive.
As a mum of two young children, Emma understands how busy family life can be.
She provides efficient, family-centred support that fits with your values and priorities.
Emma has supported children in many settings, including a K–12 autism school, community
health and private practice. She is passionate about helping children start school ready to thrive. Her neuroaffirming approach helps children feel successful, building their confidence and supporting further growth - “success builds on success” is one of her many mottos!
In her spare time, Emma enjoys bush walking, pottery, reading and playing board games.

Jo Cummings
Occupational Therapist
Jo is a mother of 4 and grandmother of 4 and firmly believes in the importance of collaborative, family-centred and goal-directed practice. Working in school, pre-school, home and clinic settings, Jo loves to empower families as they support their children to achieve their full potential.
Through her experiences as a school teacher and as a mother of children with special needs, Jo brings a warm, empathetic perspective to her occupational therapy practice, understanding the many demands on families.
In her spare time, Jo loves to spend time with her husband and family. She enjoys reading, painting, sewing, working out and being in nature. She loves doing anything creative and crafty and brings these passions into her occupational therapy practice.

Frances Mylonopoulos
Occupational Therapist
Frances is an experienced occupational therapist who has dedicated her career to paediatrics. She is passionate about supporting children and families in the early years through a family-centered approach.
Frances' diverse experience spans community health, private practice, the Department of Education, and her personal journey as a mother of two young children. She finds joy in her work, which allows her to play, engage in creative activities, and maintain a sense of fun – keeping her inner big kid happy!
Outside of work, Frances enjoys reading, crocheting, baking, and embarking on camping and exploration adventures with her husband and children.

Belle Jones
Occupational Therapist
Belle is an enthusiastic early career occupational therapist who is passionate about supporting children and families to build confidence, independence, and participation in the activities that are important to them. She is committed to working together with families to make sure therapy is practical, meaningful, and helps children thrive in their everyday lives.
Belle has experience in supporting children across school, clinic and community settings. She is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming space, where each child’s unique strengths and interests are celebrated, and where children feel safe and supported to learn, play and grow.
Outside of work, Belle enjoys spending time with family, walking her dogs, and going to the footy.

Lucy Cliffe
Speech Pathologist
Lucy is a passionate speech pathologist who enjoys supporting children and families to build strong communication skills in ways that are meaningful, practical, and fun. She is committed to providing evidence-based therapy that is family-centred and responsive to each child’s individual strengths and needs.
With years of experience working across school, clinic, and community settings, Lucy supports children with a range of speech, language, literacy, and communication needs, creating a warm, supportive environment where children feel confident to try, learn, and grow.
Lucy is committed to neurodiversity affirming practice and strives to empower kids and meet them where they are at. She values collaboration with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure therapy goals are relevant, achievable, and supportive of everyday life.
Outside of work, Lucy enjoys sewing, playing footy and reading!
Lucy is a registered speech pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
Lily Evan-Adams
Speech Pathologist
Lily is a speech pathologist who brings warmth, curiosity and playfulness to her work with children and families. Originally from New Zealand, she brings a wealth of experience in early childhood, primary school and community settings.
She enjoys partnering with families, teachers, and other professionals to support communication in ways that are meaningful day‑to‑day. Lily focuses on building strong, trusting relationships, creating spaces where children feel safe to explore, connect, and communicate in ways that honour their strengths and autonomy.
Lily practices in a neuro‑affirming, child‑centred way, empowering kids by meeting them at their level.
Outside of work, Lily enjoys yoga, swing dancing, and photography.

Michelle Johnson
Therapy Assistant
Michelle brings a wealth of experience from her role as an Early Childhood Educator and over a decade of working closely with children to her Therapy Assistant role here at Little Rockets Children’s Clinic. Her warm and playful demeanour creates a welcoming atmosphere for children, fostering comfort and trust as they work towards their therapy goals.
Outside of her work at the clinic, Michelle finds solace in nature through activities like bush walking, camping and bird watching. She balances her love for outdoor adventures with a passion for live music by regularly going to gigs. In addition to her role at Little Rockets, Michelle runs her own Shiatsu Studio in Brunswick East.
